Pecans and Strawberry Vegan Bars

Inspired by the excerpts “The Council of Pecans” and “The Gifts of Strawberries” from Robin Wall Kimlerer’s Braiding Sweetgrass, this bar pays homage to the gifts nature provided misplaced indigenous refugees as they arrived in the Indian territory now known as Oklahoma. 
This bar is molded in vegan dark chocolate but mainstays it’s sweetness and smooth texture you’d expect from premium Swiss chocolate, partnered with Choctaw Pecans and dried berries.
